Do you ever save a bunch of inspiration photos on Pinterest and wonder if you’ll actually use them? Same. Before every trip, I always find myself falling into the same routine: scrolling through Pinterest, saving cute outfits, and filling up a folder titled something like “Euro Trip.”
In just a few days, the boys and I are off on our first European adventure as a family of three—a mix of city strolling, cafe lingering, and chasing our curious boy through cobblestone streets. We’ll be exploring some new places and revisiting a few of our favorites: Paris, Florence, Umbria, and Cernay-la-Ville, France! I can’t wait to show Shep some of our most cherished spots, and rediscover them through his eyes.
As the countdown begins, I thought it would be fun to share how I’m translating all that outfit inspo into real-life looks—straight from my own closet (okay…and maybe a pre-trip purchase or five)! The forecast is calling for perfect spring weather: mid-70s during the day, and a little cooler, in the 50s, at night. I wasn’t aiming for perfect recreations, but instead outfits that really feel like me—classic, inspired, and comfortable enough to keep up with an almost-one-year-old. Let’s get into it!
